Everything on Pexels can be downloaded and used for free, and you don't need to credit the photographer. You can edit the clips and photos however you like, which makes it handy for b-roll, backgrounds and thumbnails.
A few rules apply. Don't sell unaltered copies, don't show identifiable people in a bad light, and don't imply that people or brands in the footage endorse your product.
