UGC creators film a lot of b-roll that never gets used. Shutterstock's contributor program lets you upload original footage and photos and earn each time they are licensed.

Registration and submission are free. Shutterstock says it has paid contributors over $1 billion since 2003, but earnings depend on what you upload and how often it sells.
